We are located in the heart of La Punta, just3 blocks from the ocean and one block from the main street full of restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds.
The studio apartment is in the second floor, it has a matrimonial bed, individual sofa bed, air conditioner, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony (no hot water).
The property has a beautiful patio with dinning tables and hammocks under a tree shadow to enjoy and relax.
The space
The studio apartment is placed alone upstairs of property with a private balcony that has a bench and coffee table.
Completely private from the rest of the property, air conditioner, private bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dining table to enjoy your meals, matrimonial bed and an individual size sofa bed, closet, desk with chair, ceiling and floor fan (no hot water).
The outdoor downstairs space has hammocks under a large tree, drying clothes line in the back, the kitchen downstairs has filter water in the small faucet sink where you can refill your bottles or the pitcher that's in the kitchen upstairs.
Parking for cars and motorbikes inside the property.
La Punta is a place full of nature, mosquitos, ants and all kind of insects are part of it, we fumigate once a week to avoid propagation but we want you to be conscious that we can’t control nature and insects are normal in this environment.
The property is share with other guest and that comes with sounds and movement, although the rooms are private and we have a noise curfew, be aware that sounds are normal in a share living space, also we are located in the heart of La Punta an area flourishing with businesses that are allowed to be open till 12 by municipal order, although we are conveniently located on the street behind the Main Street we want you to be aware of the proximity noises this brings there is a space located right behind the property, as well as the house in the corner being under construction, this is beyond our hands and we cant do anything about the noises this can cause (please before booking take all this warnings in consideration).

Be aware! Puerto Escondido has an unreliable Internet signal, this problem does not only affect Wasi, this is a town problem. Please do research and corroborate.
When the Internet signal fails or is weak is beyond our hands, therefore there will be no cancellations or refunds base on this matter.
There is a co-working space with satellite signal 1 min walk from us, call Malagua and also a cafe with starlink connection a 3 minute walk call Amarisa both with fair prices and nice ambience that we recommend if you must work.

Filter water in the small faucet in the downstairs kitchen sink, you have a pitcher in your kitchen so you can fill it up when needed.

Other things to note
We don’t have a reception, we have a self check in system with the code of the lock, please read the messages we send you, they contain all the information on how to check in by yourself, they are also step by step instructions with pictures on the Airbnb app under “check in instructions”
Be aware that our strict policy before making a reservation: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hrs. of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in and No change of dates.
We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore there are no cleanings during your stay, but maintenance personal can provide you with anything you need to do so yourself, just ask.
We provide fresh sheets and towels once a week at request, there is a 50 pesos charge if you like to change them more often than once a week, If you only require towels or only require sheets the charge is 30 pesos .
The cleaning person offers full cleanings for a $50 pesos charge, pay directly to her in cash (this includes change of sheets and towels, however if you require this cleanings more often than once a week there will still be an extra 50 pesos charge for fresh sheets and towels )
