NOTE: This is an energy conscious property and thermostats in the home do to go below 72 degrees. There are fans in the home to provide additional cooling.
Guest access
Home is equipped with a smart lock to make check in as seamless as possible.
Guests will receive check in instructions 3 days prior to check in (unless pet fees have not been paid). Guests will receive the door code by noon on the day of check in.
Guests have full access to the home with the exception of locked owners closets. If the door is locked or there is a lock on the door, do not attempt to force the door open. These spaces are not available to guests.
Other things to note
Casa Pura Vida NC is environmentally conscious so the smart thermostats are set to not go below 72 degrees in the summer. There are two thermostats in the home. One controls temperature for the third floor and the other controls temperature for the first and second floors. There is one thermostat that controls the temperature for the first and second floors in the dining room area (at the bottom of the stairs leading from the second floor to the third floor). The other thermostat is in the primary bedroom on the third floor next to the door closest to the bathroom. There are also fans in the home to assist with cooling.
There is a strict limit of 2 dogs allowed during your stay.
The pet fee is $150 per stay per dog. Pet fee must be paid in full prior to check in. Any dogs not listed by guests when the reservation is made will be charged the $150 per dog.
Renter on the reservation/contract must be at least 25 years of age.
