You'll have full access to the entire home, all terraces, and the shared pool area. The space comfortably hosts up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, friend groups, or couples traveling together.

The house is part of a closed/gated 9 house community. There is a 24 hour doorman to facility entrance/exit and help with questions you may have. The house has space for parking for 2 cars.

Other things to note
It is a four floor house and is therefore not recommended for very small children without adult supervision or for adults with difficulties going up/down many stairs. It's also important to keep in mind that during warmer/hot seasons, there is the possiblity that there might be small scorpions-they are an endemic species in this region and the majority of them present no danger. Although we do fumigate regularly during these seasons and we have screen windows, it is still possible that the enter the house. If you find one, you can kill it or trap it and set it free outdoors. During the hottest months (April to June) there will be two portable AC units in two of the three bedrooms.

Neighborhood highlights

Located 500 meters from the Union Garden and Juarez Theater which are in the heart of the city which can be reached in less than a 10 minute walk. The return can be in car or also walking (although it is a bit harder walking balk due to the incline-good exercise!). The house is in the middle of a zone with a lot of trees and is very calm, you can hear birds every morning.
