Your ideal place to stay in Clark! Come home to a 3 bedroom Spanish inspired Villa w/ amenities to suit your needs whether on a business trip, family time, or a quick getaway with friends! Soak under the sun or cool down in our swimming pool. This place will surely take you on that recharge you need.

General rules:
No Smoking inside the rooms.
No Videoke.
No parties.
Quiet Time 10pm to 8am.

Pet fee: 700/pet. Must wear diapers. Bring extra poop bags and clean after your pets. :)

The space
Our love for the outdoors has inpired us in this creation. Having a swimming pool, a bar, and green garden covered with big trees will surely make your stay worthwhile. It takes only a few minutes to the mall, restaurants, bars and coffee shops where you can drink and unwind.

Guest access
Pool is available for your use 24/7. But we do have a quiet time of 10pm to 8am.

Please do note that our house (your hosts) is located a few meters beside the Villa. We have a different access to the property so you will not have to worry about your privacy. :)

Other things to note
We do not have a Lifeguard on duty, please keep an eye on your little ones.

Smoking is prohibited inside the Villa rooms and bathrooms, you may do so in the bar or garden area.

Pets must wear diapers at ALL times.
Bring extra poop bags.
Bring their beds or extra linens.
Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.

Please wear proper swimming attire. T-shirt and Jeans are prohibited. PENALTY: 1000

QUIET TIME is observed from 10pm to 8am. No loud music. No Parties.

Our house is inside a small subdivision with about only 50 homes with gated entrance with security. We enjoy our privacy and a quiet neigborhood. At night, there's almost no cars or motorcycles to ruin a peaceful time.

Quiet time is observed from 10pm to 8am.
