The space

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is designed to transport you to faraway places, with inspiration drawn from the sun-soaked coasts of Spain and Greece, the serene spirit of Bali and Tulum, and the rich textures of Morocco and the British Virgin Islands. Light, airy, and full of natural charm, the home evokes the feel of an exotic hideaway while being just minutes from everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

French doors span the entire back of the house, flooding the space with golden light and framing stunning views of your private tropical backyard. Whether you’re soaking up the sun on a lounger, cooling off in the pool, or playing a friendly game of ping pong, cornhole, putter ball, or giant Jenga, the outdoor space is a lush, relaxing oasis you won’t want to leave.

Prefer to stay active during your stay? The home comes equipped with yoga mats, resistance bands, and core sliders—perfect for outdoor movement sessions in the fresh air or peaceful indoor workouts.

The home is centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Wilton Manors. Walk to Publix, CVS, and Starbucks, and local favorites like Storks cafe, Bagels & Co., and The Alchemist Café - just one block away. Within walking distance you can also find all the lively restaurants and bars along Wilton Drive. The beach is 4 miles away, Las Olas is a quick 15-minute drive, and the airport is just 17 minutes. Prefer not to drive? You’re covered with walkable spots, short Ubers, and complimentary bikes for cruising around the neighborhood.

South Florida & Palmetto Bugs
As with all homes in South Florida, occasional palmetto bugs may be seen, especially after periods of heavy rain or changes in weather. The home is professionally and routinely treated by pest control; however, because of the tropical climate, it is impossible to guarantee they will never appear.

Air Conditioning & Climate
The home receives a lot of beautiful natural sunlight throughout the day. Like many older South Florida homes, the AC may take longer to cool during very hot summer afternoons, especially with frequent door opening. The system is regularly maintained and designed to keep the home comfortable, and ceiling fans are provided throughout the space for additional airflow and comfort. Please keep doors and windows closed to help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.
