The space
Looking for a fun and memorable getaway? Look no further than our home! Our open floor plan is perfect for bringing families together, and our 5% discount for active military, active first responder (police officers, firefighters, paramedics, EMT and nurses) and military veterans is our way of saying thank you for your service.
Living/Dining/Kitchen:
The spacious open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for family bonding. You can stream your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV in the living room with an Amazon Fire-stick. Cook up a feast for a large group with our fully equipped kitchen featuring new appliances, cookware, and utensils. It even has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a selection of coffee and tea. The dining area accommodates 8 people for comfortable family meals.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom features a California king memory foam mattress, a private bathroom, a 50" Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. We offer a pack n' play crib for toddlers. The other guest bedrooms include a queen bed and two twin beds with memory foam mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows. A full guest bath is located nearby with provided amenities:towels, body-wash, shampoo, and conditioner for all guest.
Backyard
Relax and unwind in our private heated pool (heating fee of $75/day, with a minimum of 2 days or $425/week applies) The pool comes complete with pool inflatables and an electric pump for your enjoyment. The grill is fully equipped and ready for all-day barbecuing, and the fire-pit provides a perfect spot for stargazing after sunset.
All children MUST have an adult with them outside for pool safety since the pool does not have a safety gate.

Our home is the ideal WFH space with blazing-fast (1GB) internet connectivity that extends throughout the entire house. Whether you prefer to work indoors, outdoors, or cozily ensconced on the couch, you can enjoy a strong and reliable WiFi signal from any location in the house.
Our Ring security cameras are installed at key locations around our property to enhance safety and security. One camera is mounted at the front door, providing a clear view of the main entrance area. Another camera is positioned in front of the garage, covering the driveway and surrounding area. Additionally, we have a camera installed in the backyard, offering surveillance of the outdoor space. These cameras are solely for security purposes and comply with Airbnb regulations to ensure guest safety. Furthermore, a noise monitor is discreetly placed under the gazebo in the backyard to maintain a peaceful environment.
Please note that our home welcomes dogs, and we charge a $175 fee per stay to cover deep cleaning services for the benefit of guests with allergies who will arrive after you.

***Please take note of the following before requesting pool heat:
The maximum temperature that we can heat the pool to 85 degrees. During the winter season, when the temperature drops below 40 degrees overnight, the pool heaters will automatically shut off to prevent mechanical damage caused by ice formation on the internal coils. When the temperature outside goes back up or when the ice melts, the heaters will turn back on automatically, but we cannot guarantee that the pool will stay heated to our usual 85 degrees.
Guest access
Parking couldn't be easier! Our property features a private garage and a driveway that can easily accommodate two cars, as well as ample street parking in the neighborhood. Simply enter the address into your GPS, and you'll arrive at our front door in no time.
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an automatic email/ message through the airbnb app with your unique access code. To enter the home, you can either manually input the code into the keypad and press the red button or use your phone to unlock the home from anywhere by downloading the app. Your access code is exclusive to your stay and will be valid from check-in until checkout.
Other things to note
We will try our best to accommodate Early Check-In if available, and there will be a $45 fee if you choose this option. Early Check-In is at 12pm.
Similarly, if Late Checkout is available, we will do our best to accommodate, and a $45 fee will apply if you choose this option. Late Checkout is at 1pm. If you wish to stay later than 1 pm, an additional fee of $45 will apply, for a total fee of $90, and you can check out at 3pm.
