Service providers such as pool cleaners and landscapers are scheduled regularly for service while you`re staying with us. They let themselves into the yards using the south yellow service gate without notice.

Upon check-in, you will be greeted by our property manager, who will provide you with entry codes and front gate/garage door openers. He will also walk you through some of the aspects of our casa. He will be available by cell phone if any emergency should arise, for example; electrical, toilets, garbage disposal, hot water issues, etc.
★ COVID-19 CLEAN ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ SMALL DOGS ALLOWED (Up to 25 lbs - 2 Max)★
$150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. We love those little furry bundles of joy. Our home welcomes up to two (2) of them with open arms! Assistance animals are always allowed as well. We love felines too, but they are not allowed.
★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ POOL/SPA HEAT ★
$69 per day (minimum 2 days)/ $345 weekly / $1,450 for 30 days. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 day / $175 weekly / $725 for 30 days. 72 hour advance notice if you choose this option - Not included in the total price & separate charge via Airbnb Resolution Center prior to check in. We are passing the costs to you and not making a profit on heat, sorry but no discounts.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Per the City of Palm Springs and ALL vacation rentals, outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line.
★ TOT TAX ★
Per the City of Palm Springs we are required to collect a 12.5% transient occupancy tax. This is a requirement of ALL vacation rentals in the City of Palm Springs and our City ID # is 824. Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to city tax and therefore the TOT tax will not be charged.
★ BOOKING AGE ★
Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older.
★ MAX OCCUPANTS ★
6 people overnight & 10 people during the day.
★ PARKING★
3 vehicles maximum allowed at any given time. Driveway is large enough for a RV or motorhome. You are welcome to park your car in the garage.

Night time hours are between 9pm - 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices.
