Young, friendly and family space, located in the Escandón neighborhood, 2 blocks from La Condesa. 8 minutes from the Patriotismo metro and 3 minutes from the Nuevo León Metrobús. In a 1931 Art Deco building (Edificio Martí) with security cameras. First floor without a lift, stairs are climbed, high ceilings. We live two brothers and a quiet dog. We are located in one of the best-located areas of the city, and it is easy to get around (note: it is not downtown Mexico City). We are located next to the following neighborhoods: Hipódromo, Condesa, Roma Sur, Nápoles, and Del Valle.

There are many food shops nearby: tacos, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, literally everything...

Nearby means of transportation include: Metrobus, Metro Patriotismo. If you are going to the Azteca Stadium (now the Banorte Stadium), there is a bus that takes you there along División del Norte (approximately 50 minutes). If you're going to GNP Stadium, there's a metro station, and you can get there easily. (Check beforehand that the brown line is not under maintenance.)
