***THE COMMUNITY
Indian Mountain Lakes is a gated community with a 24/7 security patrol for your protection. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be required to provide a list of all guests traveling with you.

-2 outdoor swimming pools and a kiddie pool (Pools are open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend). - a short 4 min drive.

-THERE IS A COMMUNITY FEE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. This fee is required by the community to register and give gate access to the guests.
PLEASE NOTE: COMMUNITY AMENITIES MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME DUE TO MAINTENANCE, WEATHER, OR SEASONALITY. THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND THE HOST WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO CONTACT OUR COMMUNITY OFFICE/WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
*** LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $80 COLLECTED VIA RESOLUTION CENTER. This additional fee is mandatory and is required by our community to accommodate the last-minute registration process.
This fee will be required for bookings placed within 2 business days or less before the check-in date. Guests are required to fill out our community registration form within 1-hour after the booking is confirmed.
By booking, the guest agreed to the above terms and conditions.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home with the exception of the detached garage. Enjoy our outdoors amenities plus our unique "Cabana"
Other things to note
***Mi casa, tu casa. But there are some important things you should know.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. Additional cleaning fees will be applied.
-Absolutely no parties or events Additional cleaning fees will be applied.
-No Loud noise after 10 pm. We love our neighbors!
- A maximum of 2 (two) Pets are allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet without adding it at the time of reservation or without prior communication with the host.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
-The fire pit and the wood-fired Hot-Tub are BYOW (Firewood not provided). Please, use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- NEW. Firewood for SALE! Ran out of firewood? don't panic we have our own stockpile. Please ask us for more details.
**A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR 30+ NIGHTS IS REQUIRED. Your reservation will be considered confirmed ONLY when a signed lease is received.
