Guest access
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in, please review the following:
Guest Authorization
* All guests must be authorized and registered at least 1 day before check-in.
* Required: Full guest details and a scanned valid government-issued ID.
* Approval Timeframe: The condominium admin office operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays.
* Guests who do not submit their details on time may not be granted access.
Occupancy Limit
* The unit is designed for 3 guests, with a maximum of 4 guests.
* An additional guest will incur a P300 per night fee.
Visitors & Extra Guests
* All additional guests or visitors must be pre-approved by the host.
* Failure to notify may result in a penalty fee, as we strictly adhere to building regulations.

Appliance Care
• Please turn off appliances (air conditioning, lights, etc.) when leaving the unit to conserve energy and maintain comfort.
Food & Cleanliness
* Avoid keeping food in the bedroom.
* Clean as you go — if the trash bins are full, kindly bring it to the garbage room beside the elevator.
No Smoking
• Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited to ensure a fresh, comfortable environment for all guests.
Kitchen Use
• Please do not pour oil, especially cooking oil, down the sink to prevent clogs and maintain the kitchen for future guests.
Damages
• Any damage to furniture or appliances will incur a charge.
