A beautiful and pleasant space designed for adventurous couples, digital nomads (WiFi speed 150 Mbs), creative minds, and small families. Different from most of the generic spaces offered on Airbnb, this place has a unique style, truly comfortable vibes and will not feel like just a place to spend the night. A home away from home. Take your breakfast in the backyard, have a BBQ, relax by the pool or explore the Mayan Riviera by train!

The space
This is a lovely 2 BR apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, food processor, coffee grinder, Bialetti coffee maker, kitchen knives, etc.), a dining table with seating for four, a living room with a book collection, a 42’’ TV with Netflix and PlayStation 3, a full bathroom and an incredible backyard full of plants and vines that create a fresh, comfortable environment for relaxation. Outside there's a comfortable artisan wooden folding chair, a wooden dining table with seating for four, a Weber grill, a retractable clothesline, and a place to wash clothes.

The main room has a 55’’ smart TV with Netflix and black-out blinds. The other room has a desk with a nice view of the backyard, perfect for the people who still have to work while traveling or for full-on digital nomads, writers, video editors and such. We welcome artists and this is a great place for inspiration!

The residential development has a semi-Olympic swimming pool that you can occasionally find free of people, a playground area, and a palapa.

Residencial Palmas Turquesa is a new residential development. It’s a quiet, private and safe place. It sits close to the exit towards the Mérida toll highway (which also takes you to the wonderful, historic city of Valladolid after an hour drive). There are plenty of small stores nearby run by local people (no chains), and a couple of big supermarkets. It is 15-20 mins. drive away from Quinta Avenida and the beach, or a 80-100 pesos (5-6 USD) taxi ride.
