GENERAL DISPOSICÕES:
1) It is forbidden for the LESSEE to make any facilities, adaptations, improvements or works without express authorization from the Lessor. These once expressly authorized and executed will adhere to the property, not justifying the LESSEE any compensation.
2) Any and all adjustments between the parties, to integrate this contract, must be made by rescript.
3) Any loss or damage caused to the property and its belongings
LESSEE will be responsible for the discharge or replacement of parts until the checkout date.
4) Light will be measured with the guest at check in and checkout and charged
according to consumption, in the amount of R$1.35 watts consumed. Water up to 15,000 liters costs R$500.00, the price of one water tanker truck. If that is not enough, a new full charge for the price of another water tanker truck will be made.
5) In the event that any item of the house is lost or broken, your value will be charged at check out: R$40.00 Plates and/or Cups R$80.00 - Keys R$50.00.
6) No drug use of any kind is permitted.
7) SILENCE LAW from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, under penalty of a fine.
8) Sound only environment and as long as it does not disturb the neighbors, allowed only until 10pm and after 10am, but pay attention to the fact that the volume should be reasonable, so as not to disturb the neighborhood (no slang bass songs, type funk prohibition). In the period from 10 pm to 10 am, remain silent and avoid any production of sounds or noises, which may disturb the quiet and well-being of the neighborhood. It is not allowed the use of sound reproducing devices or sound instruments in the house.
9) It is not allowed to use glass or crockery (glass, bowls, dishes) in the pool area.
10) We do not allow parties in the house.
11) Visits are not allowed, only identified and registered guests will have access to the house without prior agreement.
12) No smoking indoors.
13) Our homemakers live in another house on the same land as the main, with any unforeseen event, they can and should be activated at any time and time.
