House located in the fishermen's district of Conil, about 350 m from the beach. PARKING SPACE in public parking about 350 m from the house. Maximum capacity 6 people. Three floors: GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, living-dining room and a half bath (sink and toilet); FIRST FLOOR: 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans (one with a 150 cm bed, another with a 135 cm bed). TOP FLOOR: laundry room and private roof terrace with ocean views. PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

The space
We are committed to quiet family tourism, since the house is located in a typical Conil courtyard where neighbors reside, as well as other guests who are specifically looking for peace and quiet. The house is very cozy, the views from the roof terrace are pleasant, and the location is very good. Just 350 meters to the beach. The house is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, combination refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchenware. The bedrooms have closets and ceiling fans. The hot water system uses electric heaters. Heating is provided by electric radiators. The house has stairs, so for safety reasons it is NOT SUITABLE for young children or for the very elderly, especially the section that goes up to the rooftop. Take special care not to leave young children alone on the roof.

The whole house is rented. The rooftop is for the exclusive use of the house. We have a parking space in a public parking lot available to guests, which is included in the price of the accommodation. WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEETS OR TOWELS.
