Comfortable apartment for a few days at the beach. Beach very close by by a few stairs. 15 minutes from downtown walking. You can park in the surroundings, although in rush hour it is complicated.

Since the reception, to the presentation and description of both the apartment and the surrounding areas, it was 5*, Lord Izi, (I do not know if this is how it is written) was of attention, sympathy, cordiality and inexhaustible professionalism, thank you very much. The apartment was impeccably, clean, ( wc, bedrooms, living room) and all very neat, in addition to being very welcoming. We were spoiled with wine, beer and coffee. It is very well located with transport at the door to Puerto de Santa Maria, lines L3 and L6, I advise to buy the rechargeable pass (1.50 euros) that can be used for all means of transport ( Bus, train and boat), in addition to the transport also has two mini markets with fresh bread both and everything that needs the most basic. Very quiet condominium and everything pacific, place to park. We didn't go to the pool because the time wasn't for it. An apartment as shown in the photos, very clean and tidy, located in a place near the historic center (25-30min walking along the promenade) and there is everything around the apartment. Violeta is a 10, always attentive and gave us recommendations on the apartment's area. Thank you so much for making us feel at home

Lovely flat with great view on the ocean. Very nicely furnished. Chairs and sofa sit well. You can head towards Tarifa and direction Cadiz, which you want. Close to also a variety of birds. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very pleasant and fast communication with Arantza. Muchas gracias.

I had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place! He was incredibly welcoming and communicative, always quick to respond to my questions and providing helpful local recommendations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. Everything was walking distance. I felt truly taken care of and would definitely book again!".

Very practical beach apartment in a wonderful complex with a large pool and direct access to the beach in Atlanterra. Oscar was a great host. Great communication and kindly provided a late check out.

Very nice house, the cleanliness and how well-equipped it is should be noted. It's close to the beach, too. I've been renting houses on Airbnb for years and this is one of the best. Andrés was always very attentive to any questions we sent him. We will definitely be back here.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

The location of the accommodation is optimal. You can be in the city or on the beach in minutes. A parking space can be found at least on the beach without any problems. The roof terrace is fantastic, the amenities leave nothing to be desired. We would mist definitely visit again.

Macarena, was a fantastic host. The apartment is fairly new, clean and well organized. It had all the basics to make our stay very comfortable. Located in a beautiful neighborhood of Rota and being a Penthouse with large balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication, we actually had a family medical emergency during our stay. She quickly offered her assistance. We highly recommend and would hope to use again during our next stay.

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.

We had a lovely stay. The sea view from the bed and kitchen as well as the proximity to a more secluded beach (2min by foot) were especially amazing. The cabin provided everything we needed and Javier was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much! Would definitely come back :)

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.
