We offer first-rate service, and the house service is our great differential. The daily rate is R$650.00, including kitchen service, housekeeping and cleaning, in addition to care for the entire outdoor area and swimming pool. There are 3 professionals available and the amount is paid directly to the professionals at the end of the stay. (We do not rent the house without the presence of the staff.)

For stays with more than 14 people, and according to the demand of each group, it is recommended to hire an extra kitchen assistant, at a cost of R$250.00 per day, so that the service flows smoothly and without losing the quality that we value so much. In these cases, the total daily amount becomes R$900.00.

Casa do Mar is located right at the beginning of Búzios, in front of Rasa Island. The small beach cut by the Aretê channel is a haven of peace and tranquility. The beach is practically private most of the year and the sea is pleasant and inviting. The house is located 10 km from Porto da Barra and 14 km from the famous Rua das Pedra, allowing easy access to these two centers of bars, restaurants and shops.
