Then stroll just 5 minutes to town for restaurants, bars, shops, surf lessons, ATV rentals, jungle tours, spas, yoga, and more.
The space
Welcome to Casa de Valencia, a serene and well-appointed retreat for the perfect Tamarindo beach vacation.
Designed for an easy, turn-key getaway, Casa de Valencia includes everything you need for fun in the sun: beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, wagon, boogie boards, and beach toys. The home is very comfortable for 6 adults and can accommodate up to 8 guests when including children, making it ideal for two couples, a small group of friends, or a family vacation.
Inside, the home is peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated with serene beach vibes, tasteful furnishings, local art, and relaxed coastal touches throughout. The spacious open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen feature beautiful high teak ceilings, creating a warm tropical feel. The living room includes a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player, and a selection of movies for quiet nights in after a day at the beach. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are available in each room to keep everyone comfortable.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishes, glassware, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A grocery store is just a few blocks away for basic provisions, and guests can also enjoy fresh fish from local fishermen and fruit from nearby stands. We even provide a smoothie-blender and martini glasses and a shaker for sunset cocktails.
Casa de Valencia has three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a romantic king-size canopy bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third includes a twin bed with a trundle, perfect for children or additional guests. A second full bathroom off the main living area includes a tiled walk-in shower. For extra sleeping space, the living room sleeper sofa converts into a bed.
One of the best parts of the home is the generous outdoor patio, which opens from the living room and looks out toward the tropical garden, walking bridge, and swimming pool. It is a wonderful spot for morning coffee, outdoor dining, cocktails, or curling up with a good book. The outdoor space includes a dining table for six, patio seating for eight, a gas grill, and easy access to the pool.
Additional conveniences include one secure parking space for a rental car, easy access charging for rental golf carts, street parking options for additional vehicles, laundry facilities, housekeeping service, and nighttime security.
Whether you spend your days surfing, exploring Tamarindo, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying sunset dinners, Casa de Valencia has everything you need for a memorable Costa Rica getaway.
