Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping arrangements, including spacious king-sized beds, cozy queen-sized beds, or queen-size bunk beds for those journeying with companions or family. Complete with plush linens & fluffy pillows every bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary for guests to relax and rejuvenate.
Guests can wake up feeling connected to the outdoors at all times with the floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether it's from watching the sunrise during your morning yoga sessions in the spacious patio to cool off in the inviting pool or evening stargazing by the firepit, allowing guests to fully embrace the peacefulness of nature. Guests can also enjoy access to the outdoor sauna, perfect for those seeking a wellness-focused experience.

As a guest at Casa de Pedro, you certify that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by these guidelines.
I. GUEST REGISTRATION
Please allow ample time for the villas to be prepared prior to your arrival. At check-in, you must present a valid photo ID confirming the same name as the primary guest on the booking. Please read thoroughly the terms & conditions that will be sent to your email & submit the signed registration form to our staff upon your arrival.
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 PM (base on availability)
Late Check-out Fees: ₱1,000.00 / hr
Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
II. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon check-in, a security deposit of Php 5,000 is required in cash. The security deposit will be refunded to you in full upon check-out, provided that there are no damage or outstanding charges.
Our staff will conduct a check-out inspection of the premises 30 minutes prior to the scheduled check-out time for any damages. Failure to comply with the check-out time will be subject to additional charges and may result in the resort removing and transferring the guest's belongings.
III. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
1. All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified.
2. In case of cancellation, a full cancellation charge shall be applied.
3. For in-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, the payment for the unused room night/s shall be non-refundable.
4. In case of a "No Show," the full amount equivalent to the total number of guaranteed night/s of reservation shall be charged.
IV. OCCUPANCY
Casa de Pedro offers comfortable accommodation for up to 23 persons, with the option to accommodate up to 30 guests for an additional fee. Additional guests will incur a charge of Php1,000 per night inclusive of single size foldable bed w/ foam mattress.
Please select 15 guests if your group is below 23 guests. If Over 23 people, please select 16+ for the rate adjustment.
Children 5 years old and below are free of charge if sharing a bed with adults.
V. VISITORS
If you have guests visiting our villa, they are welcome to stay until 10:00 PM, ensuring you have plenty of time to enjoy the company of others, and create lasting memories. Visitors pass rate is at Ph500 per person with complete access to all amenities. Any visitors remaining on the premises after 10:00 PM will be considered as extra persons and will incur a charge of 1,000 pesos. (Maximum of 2 visitors only).
VI. DAMAGES
Please help us keep Casa de Pedro in good condition during your stay. The guest is responsible for any damage or loss of the villa & its facilities. The guest agrees to pay for any such damage or loss and authorizes Casa de Pedro to charge the said damage or loss to the guest's credit card.
VII. 100% SMOKE FREE
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in the entire property. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our smoking policy to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests. You may ask for the designated areas for smoking.
A fine of 10,000 pesos will be imposed for any violation.
VIII. PETS
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, only cats and dogs are allowed as pets with a fee. All pets are also required to wear diapers ALL THE TIME during the stay and charges may be incurred from peeing and pooping in the villa.
Php1000 per pet per night.
Pets are STRICTLY prohibited to swim in the pool, on the beds and couches. Kindly bring your own pet crates & carriers along with their beds, bowls for food and water for your furry companions.
It is the guests' responsibility to clean up after their pets and ensure that their pets relieve themselves outside of the property, rather than in the garden area indoors. Never use the bath mats or towels to wipe your pet’s urine, feces and other excrement.
Any damages caused by pets, such as scratching furniture or staining carpet, will be the responsibility of the guest to cover.
IX. HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping services are not included in the rental fee. Our caretakers are there to assist you during your stay from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM but are not bound to do personal chores. Kindly ensure to bring what you need for the duration of your stay as our caretakers cannot assist you on buying errands. We kindly request to manage your daily tidying, dishwashing, and garbage disposal.
However, all guests staying at the villa have the option to enjoy butler service for an additional charge of Php 1000.00
For your privacy, our caretakers will be staying in their quarters. Should you have any emergency, please do not hesitate to call them for any assistance needed.
The garden will receive watering every 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The pool will have its daily treatment at 12:00AM and will undergo temporary closure ensuring the quality of water & correct PH level for your cleanliness and safety and will be clean at 5:00 AM.
Additional towels are available upon request with a fee of ₱100.00/piece.
X. VILLA SAFETY & ORDERLINESS
- We kindly request that no food or drinks be consumed in the bedrooms. Any soiled or damaged linens will incur appropriate charges.
- Sleeping on the couch in the receiving area is strictly prohibited.
- Burning of candles inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
- Any form of vandalism or damage to villa property will be fined, along with the cost of repairs and replacement.
- Everything in the villa is not for take home. Missing items shall be charged at full amount of the item.
- We kindly request that noise and activities be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated & respected by our neighbors.
- Any illegal activities or disruptive conduct are not tolerated at Casa de Pedro. Guests engaging in such behavior will be removed without a refund.
- The villa gate closes at 10:00 p.m. Guests planning to return after this time must inform staff in advance.
- CCTV video surveillance is installed in all common areas for the purpose of ensuring public safety as permitted by law.
- Only our authorized personnel are permitted in the pump room at the back of the villa.
- Staff and owners may enter the premises at any time for maintenance and safety reasons.
XI. PANTRY
- Keep our kitchen and dining area clean. Please clean the cooking and dining utensils right after every use and put them away promptly. Kindly use the auxiliary kitchen for heavy cooking & refrain from cooking strong smelling food and dispose of any spills and trash in the provided bin.
- For light cooking and reheating, you may use the induction hob & microwave inside the show kitchen.
- Never leave any stove unattended when in use.
- Please empty the fridge upon checkout.
XII. POOL
- Please shower before swimming.
- There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Kids must be with an adult all the time.
- No eating and drinking in the pool for safety and hygiene purposes.
- No running, jumping, diving, or engaging in any rough play in the pool for your safety. Please be aware that Casa de Pedro will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to guest negligence.
- Please avoid swimming under the influence.
- No pets are allowed to swim in the pool area.
XIII. PLAYGROUND
Children of any age should not be left unsupervised at the playground or any area of the property. Casa de Pedro will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur in the premises.
XIV. SAUNA
- Guests can also enjoy access to the outdoor sauna every 8:00 PM for 1 hour and 8:00 AM for 1 hour perfect for those seeking a wellness-focused experience.
- For health & safety purposes, never operate the sauna without the assistance of the staff.
- Do not spend more than 20 minutes at a time in a sauna. First-time users should spend a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes. As you get used to the heat, guests can slowly increase the time to about 20 minutes.
- Please be aware that Casa de Pedro will not be held liable for any accidents or deaths that may occur due to guest negligence.
XV. DRINKING POLICY
Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed. Please drink in moderation and be considerate of noise levels after 10:00 PM. A ₱2,000.00 service charge will be charged for clearing up of vomit in any part of the premises.
XVII. PARKING
Please park vehicles properly and ensure they're securely locked. Casa de Pedro is not responsible for any vehicle loss or damage.
XVIII. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
- The primary guest named on the reservation is responsible for the villa’s care and ensuring all guests adhere with the rules.
- Casa de Pedro is not liable for any losses, theft, vandalism, or damage to the guests’ personal belongings.
- Non-compliance with the rules will account for a breach of your reservation’s terms and conditions.
XIX. NATURE DWELLERS
You will find this villa to be immersed in nature. You may experience noise from the surrounding farms, including roosters crowing, dogs barking and birds chirping. In rainy season, will have visitors from nature dwellers, these various farm insects and animals are frogs, ants, millipedes, bees, butterflies, spiders, dragonflies, flying termites and geckos.

- Casa de Pedro values the environment. It is our pleasure to provide you with options for preserving natural resources and reduce the impact on the environment.
- Please switch off the outdoor lights at 11:00 PM. Please turn off the air conditioners in the game room, living area, indoor lights & faucets while not in use.
