The space
Super luxurious, beautiful morning sun. The house faces east. Hike Runyon Canyon then have an espresso on the patio. King size Duxiana with Parachute linens. Perfect kitchen with Viking Refrigerator and six-burner Viking Stove, Miele Dishwasher and beautiful breakfast nook. Relax on two sumptuous Cisco couches. Open the windows and get a breeze. Beautiful backyard with 4 chaise lounges and 3 dining areas. There is a stereo with great records and lots of books. A beautiful desk so you can write your memoirs. Creative’s are very happy here. Only non-toxic cleaning products here...Parking too...

Tandem parking for two cars plus a parking pass for the preferential parking on the street 24/7. You are near Erewhon, Bristol Farms, Whole Foods, Sprouts and The Farmers Market. Flea Market every week on Sundays at Fairfax High (walking distance) and of course the famous Hollywood farmers market on Ivar - Sundays.

Other things to note
We have a dedicated cleaning person that comes once a week. There is a guest house that can be rented additionally. Perfect for the nanny and kids.

Neighborhood highlights

The home is in an international, eclectic, and artistic neighborhood with an elegant and casual feel. Go for leisurely evening walks and admire charming bungalows and modern mansions. The best of everything...A pub on the corner that serves food and drink until midnight called Carmel Melrose (7383 Melrose) or the lovely Carlito's Gardel for Argentine steak dinner. For breakfast there is the infamous Blujam Cafe opens at 8am (7371 Melrose) with phenomenal food opens at 8am. La Chouquette is a beautiful new French Patisserie at (7350 Melrose.) Erewhon is just south on Beverly Blvd next to The Grove. There is also a great Pho restaurant and Milk for dessert!
Those are just a few restaurants!!! My favorite new restaurants are Jon & Vinny's, Petit Trois, Ysabel, Mozza and Providence. Burke Williams Spa is on La Brea just north of Willoughby (925 N LaBrea) Runyon Canyon is 5 minutes away. LACMA is as well. The location is hard to beat! Farmers market every Monday early morning, Erewhon, Sprouts and Whole Foods are 5 minutes by car!
