This area is easy to get around.
We are located at Avida Tower 2. This studio unit is fully furnished, comfortable and super convenient. Stylish yet homey, the interior design goal was initially as my home and not solely as rental. As guests, you can really see the difference and feel at home. We do our best to provide you with a pleasant stay!

The space
We have a podest/platform queen-size bed with memory mattress, a fridge with freezer, washing machine, a kitchen with stove, rangehood, oven and adequate storage space. AC and wall fan are also included. We also provide you with essential cooking materials and toiletries. We have Fiber Internet of up to 200 Mbps so you can have uninterrupted online access. Every corner of this unit has been well-planned to provide you with a convenient and comfortable experience.
