The space
Casting great attention to maintaining its original character and style, we finished renovating our beloved grandpa Delicosta’s house in November 2023. We transformed the house into two autonomous, traditional and elegant apartments, that were perfected with supreme materials as well as high-quality, fine furniture to provide valued guest experiences.
In the mountain view first floor apartment all guest areas are custom furnished and beautifully decorated, with wooden ceilings and floors, still evoking that immediate feeling of countryside warmth, openness and space. The kitchen and the bathroom are both brand new, created in November 2023.
The first floor apartment features 2 master bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, a private bathroom and a private balcony with a fabulous outdoor seating area with breathtaking vistas of Itamos mountain.
Each bedroom comes with a wardrobe, which gives you plenty of storage, and a HD LED TV. In addition, we have invested in the purchase of high-quality mattresses so that our guests have a comfortable and restful sleep, while mattress protectives offer full coverage.
In the first floor apartment, the biggest bedroom features a semi-double bed and a sofa bed that converts to a single bed. There is also a HD LED TV connected to the Internet with Netflix.
The smallest bedroom features two single beds that can also serve as a comfortable king size bed when joined together. (There is no gap whatsoever between the joined beds). There is also a HD Smart TV connected to the Internet.
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (a hand towel, a bath towel and slippers per person), as well as basic toiletries (shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, a toothbrush). Apart from a washing machine, there is also a dryer in the bathroom. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every single utensil and appliance needed so you can rest assured you'll be able to cook your favourite home dishes. Wooden cupboards house all the equipment needed for a self-catering stay and you’ll also find a fridge-freezer, a cooker, a kettle, an Illy espresso machine and a coffee beater.
A drop-leaf table is positioned in the kitchen-diner providing additional seating or counter space if needed.
There is ample public parking space right outside the property. The parking privilege is granted to the guests who secured their reservation of the ground floor apartment for the same dates. However, if the ground floor apartment is free, you can use our private parking space for up to 2 cars inside the garden, the gates of which are locked.
Guest access
As of December 2023, Casa Delicosta comprises two distinct and separate flats, providing individual accommodations.
The ground floor apartment accommodates up to 5 adults. Meanwhile, the first floor apartment welcomes up to 4 adults. Each flat possesses its own unique key and private entrance. These residences are connected solely by an external staircase, maintaining complete independence between them.
Your stay grants you exclusive access to the first floor unit, its balcony and the garden. In the event that the ground floor apartment is occupied, the garden will be shared.

Other things to note
Wooden ceilings:
Kindly note that our appealing two-story holiday home features wooden ceilings, enhancing its rustic charm, ambiance and character. Despite our meticulous renovation efforts, which included every possible measure to reinforce the floor, the nature of wooden flooring between the houses may occasionally transmit sounds. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we prioritise a tranquil atmosphere for all guests’ comfort.
Cleaning service:
The linen and towels are removed from the property after the end of each stay and are replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Hosts are prohibited from providing any cleaning service after guests arrive and during their stay in accordance with local laws about short-term rental property.
Earlier check-in or later check-out:
We strive to accommodate your travel needs to the best of our ability. Depending on the arrival schedule of other guests, we may be able to offer flexibility with your check-in or check-out times if requested in writing. Please be free to inquire about the possibility of a later check-out or an earlier check-in, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
