BEACH DAY LOGISTICS
4-block walk to Alabama Ave Beach Access. Beach gear stocked in the garage: 10 chairs, 3 boogie boards, 2 umbrellas, beach wagon, kids' toys. Beach towels not provided.

OUTDOOR LIVING
2 furnished balconies, furnished patio, gas grill with side burner (full tank included, spare in garage).

KITCHEN
Fully stocked: fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker + Keurig, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheets, wine glasses. Dining table + kitchen bar (3 stools).

50" Roku TV in living room with streaming. Board games. Central AC with ceiling fans. Room-darkening shades. Iron. Cleaning products. Dedicated workspace with WiFi + Ethernet. Washer/dryer in unit.

FAMILY ESSENTIALS
Pack-n-play, high chair, baby gates, children's books and toys. Crib available.

PARKING
Private entrance with smart lock. Garage (1 car) + driveway (1 car). Beach is walkable, skip paid parking.

STAIRS
Multi-level townhome. Ground floor bedroom accessible without stairs. 2nd and 3rd floor require stairs.

Guest access
Private entrance with smart lock. You'll receive a unique door code for the front door and garage before your arrival. The front door auto-locks after 15 seconds.

When you arrive: pull into the driveway to unload, then park one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway. Enter through the garage to reach the ground level bedroom and the hallway entrance to the rest of the house. Those interior doors will be unlocked for you at arrival. Beach gear is stored in the garage for easy access.

Self check-in anytime after 4:00 PM on your check-in day. No key exchange needed.

STAIRS: Three-level townhome. 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms require stairs. Ground floor bedroom and bathroom accessible without stairs.

PARKING: 2 spots (1 garage, 1 driveway). Do not park on the street or neighboring driveways. You can walk to the beach, so skip paid parking.

BEACH TOWELS: Bath towels and linens provided. Beach towels are not included.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Residential neighborhood.

SECURITY: Exterior security camera on property. No cameras inside.

CHECKOUT: Simple. Strip sheets, start dishwasher, take out trash, lock up. Full instructions in checkout guide.
