Easy drive to all that downtown has to offer! Within two miles of the Alamo, Riverwalk, Alamodome, Convention Center, AT&T Center, King William District, Alamo Beer Company and Lonestar Brewery.

We're also within easy driving distance of Sea World, Lackland Air Force Base, Fort Sam Houston, Brooks City Base, JBSA-Kelly Field Annex, Camp Bullis, San Antonio Zoo, Pearl Brewery District, San Antonio Missions, La Villita, Blue Star Art District and three SAT universities (UTSA), Comic Con.

The space
Our bright, quiet home is a three bed, two bathroom in the Denver Heights neighborhood of San Antonio, minutes from downtown. It is usually a $6 Uber drive to downtown San Antonio. This means the Alamo, Hemisfair Park, bars, restaurants, breweries are all within a five to ten minutes.

Guest access
You'll have the whole house! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, laundry and living rooms. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Back yard with privacy fence and grassy space to play.

To gain entry to the home simply enter your code into the keypad on the front or back door and you're in! When leaving close the door and press the lock button and you're good to go! (Please make sure the door is fully closed and locked before leaving).

Other things to note
It is recommended to purchase travel insurance if you anticipate needing to cancel after the cancellation policy date.

You'll have 200Mbps internet during your stay for speedy streaming of Netflix and Amazon Prime Video -- both of which you can watch on our wireless smart TV. The internet is plenty fast to play games on or do work.

The house comes equipped with a Nest thermostat so you can change the temperature to suit your needs with a flick of the wrist.

There is a $50 early check-in fee before 4pm. If it's before 1pm we charge an extra day because we'd have to block off the day before as we would not have time to turn the house over between guests.

TAXES: Please note, all bookings in Texas are subject to a 6 percent lodging tax. Additionally, the city of San Antonio's Hotel Occupancy Tax rate is 9 percent. The City also collects 1.75 percent for Bexar County. This is automatically included in your booking price.

Please also be aware that in the south of Texas there can be bugs and sometimes those bugs get in the house. We do spray for bugs, but be aware we do not refund for bugs in the house. This is a natural part of living in south Texas.
