The space
Casa De Color is a beautiful Frida Kahlo inspired 80’s home with lots of charm and character - the Saltillo floors throughout the main living areas invoke the feeling of walking into a Hacienda in Mexico. Located in a serene, residential neighborhood next to Lake Dunlap, the home is private but close to all the attractions! Great, private amenities include billiards table, lawn games, custom fire pit, large fenced yard, flat top grill, cowboy pool and a DlY pancake breakfast. Easy access to everything right off of 46. Three bedrooms, three baths and sleeps 10 comfortably! Sleeping arrangements, pet policy, pet fee and and home details are found below.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated at a charge $40 an hour and are dependent on the schedule. Please inquire if needed!
NO Parties without prior approval. We do welcome guests celebrating occasions of all kinds; only those on the original reservation are allowed on the property. Please let us know if a special occasion brings you to Casa de Color!

All rooms include fresh bedding, extra pillows, and cozy touches.

- Living room Queen Sofa bed for extra flexibility
3 FULL BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms are equipped with all starter essentials such as towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Little extras like hair ties, cotton swaps and a couple of makeup remover wipes are also stocked for guests!

Please add the pet to your booking reservation and inform us of pet's breed and size. Pets must be fully housebroken, are not allowed on the furniture or in the cowboy pool and may not be left unattended on the property.
Guest access
The property is equipped with a Keyless Entry. Your code will be sent to you with your welcome instructions. You will simply tap the door handle for the numbers to appear.
Additionally, the instructions will contain all the relevant property information, like WiFi Network information as well as house rules and check-out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information.

Located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood around Lake Dunlap. Please note, the home is not on the lake but nearby. Beautiful lake views are visible when walking around the neighborhood. You are likely to find lots of wildlife in the neighborhood like deer, birds and rabbits.
There is a strict no drugs/smoking/vaping policy anywhere on the property including the home, garage gameroom and yard.
