More than a house, Casa Coco is part of Casitas Patz, a retreat where nature, design and unique experiences come together among natural pools, a stone amphitheater hidden in the jungle and a beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away. Ideal for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or an unforgettable few days with friends.
The space
Casitas Patz was built with the aim of respecting the environment and living in harmony with the nature around us, offering unique little houses.
Casa Coco is a two-bedroom house surrounded by jungle and with beautiful ocean views. It is ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking to enjoy nature with privacy and comfort.
The house is adapted to the size of your group. For stays of two people, the main floor is prepared, which includes a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom (with a tub), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, pantry and utensils), a living room and a large terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the jungle. For three or more guests, the second room with its private bathroom, located on the ground floor, is also available. In all cases, the house is completely private and is never shared with other guests.
Casa Coco shares the natural pool with Coquito, our cozy suite for couples located in the same area of the development. Although both properties are close by, each has its own private and independent spaces, allowing for a quiet and respectful stay. To preserve the calm atmosphere that characterizes Casitas Patz, Casa Coco is offered only for adults when booked separately. If you want to stay with children, you can book Casa Coco together with Coquito and enjoy this entire space completely privately for your group.
The natural, chemical-free pool has a slide and beautiful open views of the jungle and the ocean, making it one of our guests' favorite places to relax and cool off.
As part of Casitas Patz, you can also complement your stay with a selection of carefully chosen experiences, such as romantic picnics, a cacao ritual, sound healing, private yoga, massages and tours. Many of them take place in our stone amphitheater hidden in the jungle, a unique space where we also hold retreats, private ceremonies and our exclusive Patz Sessions.

The amphitheater is the heart of Casitas Patz. Here we hold our Patz Sessions, intimate concerts that we organize only a few times a year and that bring together different artistic expressions. It is also the setting for retreats, private ceremonies, micro weddings, and many of the experiences on our menu.
Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find a beautiful beach with caves, a large palm grove, and a quiet, uncrowded surf spot.
At the entrance of the house you will find an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off when returning from the beach, as well as parking space for up to two vehicles.
