This versatile space features a king bed, smart TV, and a shared bathroom. With prior notice, the bed can be separated into two twin beds. Room I is also equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Relax in the cozy queen bed, watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, and share a bathroom with Room I. This room is also equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

THE PROPERTY
This one-of-a-kind estate spans over 30 hectares of private reserve, perched above Montezuma Beach, offering pristine ocean views. Adjacent to a National Refuge, the property serves as a wildlife corridor. The owners reside 200 meters away.

Explore the enchanting river that traverses the property, complete with striking waterfalls and pools. The challenging hike is worth the effort, and is currently guided by our staff member as we finalize the trail.

Our base rate covers up to 2 people. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests, as we charge an additional fee for each guest beyond 2.
For larger groups, you can book both Casa Cocobolo and Casa Ceibo together, accommodating up to 12 adults. This option provides exclusive access to both villas, perfect for a luxurious and private getaway.
The three upstairs bedrooms come furnished with air conditioning, while the main floor of the villa relies on a large ceiling fan in the living room and sliding glass doors in the kitchen area to welcome a refreshing coastal breeze.
Housekeeping is Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., for 4 hours daily. Sunday service is an additional $40.
We provide a self check-in feature, but clients can always choose to have a guided tour by one of our team members. We charge an additional $100 for arrivals after 8p.m as it requires a staff member to meet you directly at the entrance and guide you to the villa.
Due to the villa's architectural design, insects may enter the living area. Although we strive to maintain control through regular fumigation, the villa's location amidst hectares of untouched jungle makes it impossible to guarantee a completely bug-free environment. When visiting Costa Rica, please consider the varying weather conditions across its three seasons—Dry, Green, and Rainy—and the unique advantages and challenges each one presents.
