The space
The house was built in the early 1900s by grandfather Francesco and grandmother Clementa and was only a ruin when it was completely renovated in 2018, based on a project by our daughter Carola, an interior designer.

Casa Clementa is the perfect combination of innovation and tradition. The macro-cement floors and the iron staircase coexist harmoniously with the Vienna straw, with the modern antique furniture and the lacquered wooden fixtures that are a faithful reproduction of the original ones.
The eclectic style, the measured color accents and the natural elements make the house lively and welcoming, ideal for those who, like us, are attentive to details.
The outdoor veranda, equipped with a kitchen, is perfect to be enjoyed at all hours of the day thanks to the cane roof that filters the sunlight.
The double shower in the courtyard is much appreciated by our guests to cool off after a day at the beach.
The walls of the house are made of ladiri (raw earth) and help keep it cool in summer and warm in the colder months.
An open space accommodates the kitchen equipped with everything you need and a small relaxation area.
Everything is designed to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation without sacrificing the convenience of its central location.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire house that is equipped with everything you need to accommodate up to three people and a baby. In the outdoor veranda made of wicker, you can eat at any time of the day or night, and there is also an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the cool of the evening.
If you travel on two wheels (bike or motorcycle) you can conveniently park them in the inner courtyard (the gravel is suitable for vehicles). A small car (Fiat500, Fiat Panda, Lancia y etc) can also be accommodated in the indoor parking lot, while if you travel in a large car, free 24-hour parking is just 150 meters away.

Other things to note
Casa Clementa is located just 100 meters from the central square, the beating heart of the village, but outside the restricted traffic area, so it is accessible by car 24 hours a day.
On request, 2 city bikes are available, one with a child seat at a variable cost based on the length of stay.
