Brand new, independent house a few meters from Rua das Pedras, with private pool and barbecue area, laundry, shower and outdoor bathroom. House on 2 floors, the upper one with two suites, all air-conditioned, 50" Smart TV, complete trousseau and balconies. On the lower floor we will have 3 full suites as well, a toilet, a winter garden, a 70" TV room and an open concept kitchen, all equipped with a filter, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and everything for cooking.

We have two new external suites and can accommodate up to 20 guests, 2 on the sofa bed in the living room (for more than 16, there is a charge of R$150.00 per day per person);
* Above 10 guests we open the fourth external suite of the house and over 14 guests we open the outer fifth suite! Up to 10 guests will only use the suites inside the house;
* All BDs with Smart TV and air conditioning;

We accept up to 20 guests, 16 adults and 4 children. For more than 16 people, there is a fee of R$150.00 per day for each extra person over 2 years old;
* Electricity and water are paid according to meter or water truck consumption, both measured by the house meter upon guests' arrival and departure;
* The water consumption fee will be R$30.00 per m³. Generally, the amount of a water tank is charged, which is R$ 400.00 for 10,000 liters of water. Due to supply problems

We also inform you that we do not have a power generator; therefore, in case of lack of light due to problems with the supply of Enel, we will not be able to offer an immediate solution.
