Brand new, independent house a few meters from Rua das Pedras, with private pool and barbecue area, laundry, shower and outdoor bathroom. House on 2 floors, the upper one with two suites, all air-conditioned, 50" Smart TV, complete trousseau and balconies. On the lower floor we will have 3 full suites as well, a toilet, a winter garden, a 70" TV room and an open concept kitchen, all equipped with a filter, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and everything for cooking.
The space

We have two new external suites and can accommodate up to 20 guests, 2 on the sofa bed in the living room (above 16 we have a charge of R$150.00 per day per person)
* For more than 10 guests, we open the fourth external suite of the house, and for more than 14 guests, we open the fifth external suite! Up to 10 guests will only use the suites inside the house
* All rooms with Smart TV and air conditioning
* Bed and bath linens are included in the daily rates
* For your convenience, the house is rented with our employee every day

1 - We offer linens;
2 - We offer toilet paper, liquid soap, detergent and sponge;
3 - Do not throw toilet paper, dental floss and absorbents on the vessels;
4 - Do not smoke inside the house;

6 - The house can accommodate up to 20 guests (16 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN); children over 2 years old are counted. Please indicate the correct number of adult guests, children, and infants in the inquiry. There is a charge of R$150 per day for each additional guest over 16 years old.
7 - Check in 16h ( if there is no host we can make it more flexible) and Check out until 12pm , to delay or delay some hourly rate per period;
