Guest access
Guests can access the entire house including fire pit and hot tub areas except the owner's closets which contain supplies for the home. 1 closet is in the family room, the other closet is in the room with bunk beds.
Guests will have access to both lakes, all 3 pools(seasonal), 4 beaches, playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court and all activities and amenities at the lodge during their stay.

ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY ACCESS:
**REGISTRATION WITH ARROWHEAD:
We will reach out to collect necessary information to be able to access the home and shared amenities. The registration details must be submitted at least 5 days prior to arrival date.
Below are the details you will require to fill out the form we will send you:
- Full name of primary contact
- Phone number
- Email address to receive QR code to access the community
- Number of guests 6 years & over and total number of guests
- Number of vehicles (+ driver name, vehicle year, make, model, license plate # & state) one car is included with reservation. Additional cars are $20 per vehicle.
- No changes can be made to registration details within 3 days of check-in
- Any additional guest(s) and Vehicle(s) NOT staying for full duration.
Please note QR codes are not interchangeable between cars (no exceptions - Severe penalties ($500) and possible eviction from property)
*Reservation covers ALCA fees as long as correct number of guests are included in the Airbnb reservation. Any additional guests (NOT included on reservation) not staying full duration MUST be disclosed to host at least 5 days prior to arrival for proper registration with ALCA. All unregistered guests and vehicles will be denied entry and NO refund will be issued at that point.
No same day registrations are allowed and you will not be allowed into the community.

Arrowhead Lake is a gated, amenity-filled community with 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools, clubhouse, gym, near skiing mountains, waterparks, hiking, shopping and more.
Recreation Amenities:
Welcome Center lower level - Family Game room, for all ages. Air hockey, pool tables, ping pong, board games, television, vending machines, kitchen area (Open 10 am to 10 pm)
Sports Facilities: Outdoor basketball, sand volleyball and tennis/pickle courts. Horseshoe, bocce ball and shuffleboard are available. (closes at 10 pm)
Boat Launches & Docks - Available at all beaches and island complex. All state fishing and boating regulations must be followed. Gasoline-powered boats prohibited.
Playgrounds - Located at all beaches, island, choctaw and minisink pools.
Beaches - ALCA has 4 sand beaches including roped off swimming areas for swim at-your-own -risk. Inflatable rafts, noodles and water toys are not allowed in swimming areas. All beaches have ADA-compliant restrooms, picnic tables, charcoal barbeques stands and playgrounds. Proper swimming attire is required.
ALCA Pools-
1. Minisink Pool – 72 Minisink Dr. – Located on the corner of Minisink & Moshannon Drive. Features a diving board, children’s pool and handicap pool lift.
2. Choctaw Pool – 120 Choctaw Dr. – Located on the corner of Choctaw & Wyomissing Drive. Features racing/lap swim lanes and a children’s pool.
3. Island Pool – 132 Island Pool Dr. – Located off Trout Creek Drive. This is a zero-entry (handicap accessible) pool with an aquatic wheelchair available for use. Shaped like an arrow, the Island Pool features a children’s wading pool and fountain. Boat rentals and other recreation equipment is available at the Rental Shack.
Recreation equipment rental - Paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and other recreation equipment like bocce balls, horseshoes and tennis rackets can be rented at Rental shack.
