Brand-new stylish house in Dahab's best location (quiet & clean). I remodeled this place entirely and bought everything new. If you've been to Dahab before, you know that all places feel a bit icky because everything is old, used, and as cheap as possible. Here, you'll sleep in new expensive Egyptian cotton sheets (600 thread count), eat from new plates, etc. Peaceful sleep guaranteed thanks to no dogs, schools, or cafes in the street (very rare, no rubbish either!). Washing machine.
The space
50sqm private house with huge private garden, everything is brand new and good quality (windows, ACs, appliances, sheets, towels, etc) :
- Open living room & kitchen. AC. LG TV 32", very comfortable sofa and poufs. Built-in gas stove. Small electric oven. Fridge. Fully equipped with beautiful plates, bowls, pots, pans, cutlery, storage boxes, juice press, baking equipment, etc etc. Table with bar chairs can be moved so you can eat facing the big window and garden instead of the wall.
- 1 bedroom with AC, queen mattress, and Egyptian cotton sheets (600 thread count). Thick curtains. Full length mirror. Simple wardrobe to hang your clothes.
- 1 small bathroom with shower, hot water (big 60L boiler)
- 1 small hallway with camel seat
- huge private garden with furniture made from palm trees. Lots of shade thanks to the arisha and sun umbrella, but also always sun spots available if you want to load up on your Vitamin D (talking to you poor Europeans ;) Fresh basil, plants. New automatic washing machine on the side of the house.
All rooms have lots of light sources, direct and indirect. They are all quiet due to expensive new alu windows and double-glass (most windows in Dahab are from wood and very thin glass so you hear everything and wind blows in).
Best neighborhood imo because it's walking distance to everywhere (right off Peace Road between Lighthouse and Eel Garden) but it's quiet because it's on the other side of the road without loud restaurants, dog packs, schools, partying neighbors, goats. If you know Dahab, you know this is very rare and valuable.
