Located in a very quiet residential area, just 700 meters from the beautiful Punta Zicatela Beach, you can easily walk to La Punta and Av. del Morro to find beaches and spectacular views, restaurants, cafes and local life and at the same time return to a quiet space where you can relax.

Designed with an open concept, our house will allow you to enjoy cozy spaces and create great moments:

* Living room with built-in upholstered sofas, dining room for 8 guests, garden with refreshing shade and space for sunbathing. A barbecue, a beautiful private pool with a waterfall, and an upper terrace with a beautiful view that will surprise you with incredible sunsets over the sea.

* Kitchen equipped with a 19-foot refrigerator, 4-burner stove, electric oven, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils and dishes. You won't want for anything.

* 3 separate rooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan for a comfortable night's sleep!

The rooms are all located on the ground floor and laid out as follows:
Room 1 "Bitsa": 2 double beds
Bedroom 2 "Nisa": 1 queen-size bed
Bedroom 3 "Bianni": 1 queen bed
