The modern bedroom is set up as a king as standard. Upon request this can be split into two singles / with two single duvet sets.
The bathroom is separate with a large shower, toilet and modern sink, with hairdryer and hair straighteners provided. There is also a washing machine behind the enclosed doors.
The kitchen area is fitted with modern amenities and the dining area is open plan with the living space. The living area opens out through the double doors onto the sun patio, which has an additional dining area. On the lower floor of the back garden you’ll find comfy sun lounger seating, an outdoor shower and back gate access out to the pool, restaurant and Padel Club - all conveniently located.
The parking area is private and a space is allocated to the property - it’s undesignated. You can also park additionally on the neighbouring streets.
