Please note: Nespresso coffee maker is not automatic type. It's semi-automatic: it needs to be activated to start making coffee, and it needs to be activated to stop the coffee from coming out!
Guest access
* The house is for the exclusive use of the guests;
* The condominium has a sports club near the golf area and another beach club at Manguinhos beach about 5 minutes by car. Guests of up to a total of 4 adults plus children can access and use these facilities by paying a fee for the courts they wish to use (except golf). They should only mention at the door that they are staying at the 26th house of the Arete Toriba Northwest. At the beach club there is all infrastructure to enjoy Manguinhos beach, nautical sports practice, sauna, beverages and food including lunch, with day use value to be paid. At the sports headquarters there is infrastructure for swimming, beach tennis, tennis, golf, among others.
* Our electricity (1.35 per kWh) and water (R$30.00 per m³) are charged separately and measured at the guests' arrival and departure by the meter (a deposit of R$200.00 per day will be charged, paid 24 hours before check-in and returned within 24 hours after check-out, after checking the house and deducting for minor damage);
* Optional bed and bath linens for R$35.00 per guest;
* Do not use white towels to remove makeup. There is a laundry fee of R$20.00 per item to remove stains;
* We do not accept pets;
* Check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 12 pm. For late check-in or check-out, there is an hourly fee per period according to the daily rate for that day;
* We ask you to check out with the hosts and leave your laundry and garbage removed or R$150.00 fee ( we have a maid to refer)
* Put in the consultation the correct number of adults, pets, children and babies, Please do not exceed the number of guests who booked the house or fine of R$200 the extra per day or until cancellation of the reservation.
* IMPORTANT: Send the list of all guests (full name and CPF), license plate and model of the cars, for submission and approval by the concierge, always 24 hours before check-in. WITHOUT THESE, ENTRY WILL NOT BE APPROVED;
* We are on social media as an experience in Búzios, and this house is number 17 in the highlights, but in the condominium, it is house 26;
* Loud and smoking parties are not allowed inside the house
Sound is allowed in Moderate volume from 10am to 10pm ( do not bring a pool sound box or glassware)
* Do not sit on the sofa or beds while wet;
During the high season in Búzios, it is common to have interruptions in the water and power supply. In such cases, we may hire a water tank, and the cost will be passed on to the guest, except when the situation is the responsibility of the property. We also inform you that we do not have a power generator; therefore, in case of lack of light due to problems with the supply of Enel, we will not be able to offer an immediate solution.

1- We offer daily cleaning service for the house, table, and kitchen for R$300 per day;
2- We offer optional bed and bath linens with payment of a laundry fee of R$ 35.00 per person;
3- We provide toilet paper, liquid soap, detergent, and a sponge. Do not flush toilet paper, dental floss, or absorbent pads down the toilet;
4- Our electricity (1.35 kW/h) and water (R$30.00 per m³) are charged separately and measured by the meter when guests arrive and depart (a security deposit of R$200.00 per day will be charged, paid 24 hours before check-in and returned within 24 hours after check-out), minus the costs for these utilities and minor damages;
5- No smoking inside the house;
6- The house accommodates up to 9 adult guests;
7- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. Check-out: until 12 pm; for being late or delaying any schedule, a fee of R$150.00 per period;
8- In the event that any household item is lost or broken, the value of the item will be charged when the guests leave after check-out:

16- We have a Smart TV in the living room with direct access to Globo Play, Netflix and Prime, a microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, stove and speaker;
17- All trash must be left in the garbage bin in front of the house, next to the electricity meter;
18- Use the drains in the kitchen and outdoor kitchen sinks to prevent clogging;
19- Keep bathroom drains closed after use to avoid insects.
20- The barbecue grill in the gourmet area can be used, but it must be left clean. We provide utensils for use on the barbecue, such as: a wooden board, a plastic container, knives, a sharpener, clip-type meat tongs, 2 large barbecue forks, 2 smaller grills, and 1 large 70-cm grill. All these items must be checked and left clean for check-out;
21- The condominium has a sports club near the golf area and another beach club at Manguinhos beach, about a 5-minute drive away. Guests, up to a total of 4 adults plus children, can access and use these facilities at no additional cost (except for golf). They just have to mention at the door that they are staying at house 26 of Arete Toriba Noroeste. At the sports center, there is infrastructure for swimming, beach tennis, tennis, golf, among others.
During the peak season in Búzios, interruptions in the supply of water and power are common. In these cases, we may hire a water tanker for the water supply, and the cost will be passed on to the guest, except when the situation is the responsibility of the property. We would also like to inform you that we do not have a power generator; therefore, in the event of a power outage due to Enel supply problems, we will not be able to offer an immediate solution.
