Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Use of cooktop is free. No plates and eating utensils provided.

No towels and toiletries provided.

No visitors are allowed unless specified in the number of pax. Additional pax are charged for 200 pesos each. The staff will conduct a headcount for resort safety measures.

Other things to note
SMOKING INSIDE THE RESORT IS NOT ALLOWED. Smoking is allowed in the parking area beside the resort. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a cleaning fee of PhP 1000.00.

Guests are NOT allowed to bring personal electrical equipment unless permitted by the management. A 500-peso fee will be charged for every electronic equipment brought inside the resort. A 2000-peso fee will be charged if any personal tables and chairs are brought inside the resort. Two long tables and 16+ chairs are available upon request and is free-of-charge.

The following NOISE POLICY will be strictly enforced:

1. Quiet time is from 11 PM-5 AM. All noise-making activities shall move inside the casa during these times. Usage of sound system is still allowed inside the entertainment room. Night swimming is allowed provided that the noise level is minimized.

2. Use of Karaoke is strictly limited to inside the entertainment room. The doors of the casa shall be kept closed to minimize noise during quiet times. No external speakers are allowed during this time.

Pet Rules:

1. All pets must wear diapers for their comfort especially when indoors.

2. Our guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet, which may include repair and cleaning fees.

3. Due to health/hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool.
