- Suite 1: a QUEEN bed;
- Suite 2: 1 QUEEN Bed;
- Suite 3: one double bed (standard) box with a single auxiliary bed under the main bed;
- Suite 4: One box double bed with a single boxed auxiliary bed under the main bed.
* Living room with couch and TV smart.
* Dining room and kitchen in the same space with: table for 10 people, sofa and sideboard.
* Outdoor area with barbecue area and table.
*Pillows, bed and bath linens are included for the number of people sent on the rental list. We do not have extra bed clothes.
* Service area.
* House is on the second floor, has stairs for main access.
* Check availability of the crib on the desired date.
HOUSE ITEMS:
* Right to park 1 car in the condominium parking lot, other cars need to park on public road.
* BBQ.
* House equipped with essential cooking utensils and coffee maker.

* We don't have beach items: chairs, sun umbrellas, beach towels.

* Swimming pool, sauna, game room, playground for children and plenty of green area with safety at night.

The services of the employee who cleans and cooks are not included. The daily rates are 150 reais for cleaning and 250 reais for cleaning and preparing meals.

* The house has access to the beach by the Condominium.
* The recreational areas of the Condominium are for use of all houses and are next to the house. With just a few steps you will be in the pool, saúna and other leisure areas.
* Commerce and restaurants near the Condominium.
* Visits are allowed, which does not exceed the number of 10 people allowed (counting those in the house).

* POST-HIRE: IT IS MANDATORY TO SEND A LIST OF FULL NAMES AND DOCUMENTS (CPF/ID) OF ALL GUESTS AND PHOTOS OF THE DOCUMENTS. WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS WE CANNOT RELEASE THE ENTRANCE TO THE CONDOMINIUM.
Other things to note
* The house is for a maximum of 10 (ten) people of any age.
**Visitors are allowed as long as they do not exceed the maximum limit allowed by the condominium (10 people, per house, including guests).
* Mandatory sending of documents of the visits, in advance, so that we can make the release with the management of the condominium.
* Mandatory the use of condominium wristband to identify and follow rules of the bylaws provided by the condominium at the entrance.
Check-in:
Hours after 3 p.m.
We can't advance the check-in!!! For check-in in the morning you will have to rent the night before!!!!
There is no place to leave luggage, objects or wait before check-in time.
It is forbidden to enter the condominium before check-in time and it is forbidden to stay in the condominium after checkout.
The condominium is residential, it does not allow it.

*** Housekeeping is not included. The service is required to keep the house and furnishings organized and clean. The daily rate is 150 reais for cleaning only.
Values are paid to the employee in real (local currency).
The employees need to be appointed by the owners, for the security of the condominium and the house. BEFORE ALIGAR ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SERVICE!!!!
If the indicated person is unable to attend, we will try another one for replacement, if for any reason we cannot get someone available on your date we will notify you and it will not be necessary to hire.
***IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DO NOT WANT THE EMPLOYEE 'S SERVICE EVERY DAY PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE THE CHECKIN DATE!!!

->The employee's work journey is from 8:00 to 4:00pm and her duties are to prepare meals and tidy up the property.

2) OTHER RULES:
* Trash must be separated and thrown into the central warehouse of the condominium.
* No photo shoots, parties and commercial activities are allowed inside the house
*** Jacuzzi is not included in the daily rates, check availability of use and prices.
*It is not allowed to get wet into the house, sit wet on the sofas. Damage will have to be reimbursed.
*Use the house with zeal as if it were your own.
*Respect the rules of the condominium, if you need to read request Internal Regulations.
*Mandatory the use of guest identification wristbands, provided by the condominium, for access control of entrance and exit of the condominium and security of the houses.
*It is not allowed to remove the items from the decoration house and furniture.
* It is not allowed to leave unaccompanied minors of adults in the house, outdoor area and in the areas of the condominium.
*** The house is in a residential condominium with twin houses that can make renovations. The houses are wall-walled and there may be noises, we have no way of knowing and interfering with other owners' homes. Months of low season, winter there are on-site renovations. And in case of works there may be noises in the residences. We can not prevent works in other houses, as they are authorized by the condominium and is in the Internal Regulations.
