Welcome to our small family and just renovated house at Corfu. This is an accommodation that can host comfortably 5(to 6) adults. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, two bedrooms and a garden. It's located at the heart of the island making it ideal for various types of vacation; e.g. for those who want to explore the island, or those who want to relax at the beach 3' away on foot. All desirable services are within a stone's throw.
The space
**Private swimming pool will added on our facilities for 2026. (Photos will be uploaded soon). This is a modest 58m2 house that can host very comfortably a company of 4 individuals, and if requested it can be arranged for up to 5. We (a family of 4) used to live in this house permanently, and now we live there periodically for up to 6 months per year. Consequently, our house is fully functional and equipped with all appliances and amenities.
It is an ideal accommodation for an economic vacation, as you can cook your own food, do your laundry etc. There is a brand new air-conditioning for the warm summer days, and air-con/electric heating for the colder periods. There is a fireplace too. Water is heated with an electric boiler, on demand. There is free high speed fibre internet, and a TV as well. There are two balconies, the front which is great to relax and enjoy the view, and the back which is more utilitarian (e.g. dry the laundry).
The house is kept sparkling clean, and tidy. We offer a set of bed linens and towels for every guest. Should you wish cleaning services more often, we could try to arrange it, but this would come with an extra fee.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful tree garden. Depending the period you visit you will experience its many colors and you'll enjoy it by seating in the garden lounge, especially during nights.
--- Please keep in mind that the SHOWER CABIN is relatively small (70x70 cm). Therefore, for individuals of a larger frame, it may feel a bit tight when taking a shower.
Finally, we are obliged to inform you that, for security and management reasons like fire, flood or other such causes, the external areas ONLY are monitored by CCTV camera system. The cameras are installed following all EU and Greek regulations, about privacy and personal rights, and ABSOLUTELY NO private areas are monitored. You have access to the feed.

Dassia is essentially at the heart of the island, making it a fantastic place to stay.
Most of the most famous destinations are no more than a 30 minutes ride with the bus or car.
Dassia has its own beach, with clear waters, many beach bars, restaurants etc. You can reach the beach on foot in less than 5 minutes. Many other beaches such as Ipsos, Barbati, Kouloura, Gouvia and more, are less than 15 minutes away (using a car of other motor vehicle).
Considering your comfort, there is a supermarket just by the house, and another 2 within 100 meters. The bus stop is less than 80 meters away connecting you to most parts of the island. In the neighbourhood (less than 100 meters from the house) you'll find restaurants (traditional Greek cuisine, souvlaki, pizzas, burgers and more), car rentals, pharmacies, doctors and more.
