Welcome to our family home on the beautiful coast of the Algarve. Just off the Costa Vicentina, where nature and the sea provide breathtaking views and sensational sunsets.
Enjoy the villa with your friends and family and relax with the most beautiful sea views in our large garden, on the yoga and pool deck or inside our cosy home. We just did some major renovation with new windows, new floors, new bathrooms and kitchen + new gardendesign - photos coming soon...
The space
We have put a lot of love, passion and experience into this house. We have chosen a nice mix of Scandinavian, modern and boho style. There are 4 rooms in the house. One of them is located on our gallery with a small extra living room. Three of the rooms have a private bathroom with toilet and shower (new Renovation 2026) There is also a guest toilet.
Two rooms have a direct sea view.
There is a large kitchen with everything you need. The centre of the house is the very large living room with dining table and a nice and comfortable sofa corner in front of the fireplace.
Outside you have the possibility to enjoy different terraces with outdoor lounge, outdoor dining table, a hanging chair and the wooden deck. There are plenty of toys for the kids as well as a trampoline and a sandpit.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house except the garage.
Other things to note
There is a large wooden deck for the pool and yoga. It was built with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our garden borders a vast nature reserve (Costa Vicentina), and the Fisherman’s Trail passes close to the house.
Our unique (stock-tank) pool doesn’t use as much water and is perfect for cooling off. Note: It is not a hot tub.
The house features central wall heating powered by solar energy and a heat pump. This is one of the most sustainable ways to heat the house in winter, in addition to the fireplace.
