The space
The apartment is located in Principe Umberto Street, N° 40, in the suggestive center of the old city, in one of the most important historical streets not only for the magnificent view of the Gothic-Aragonese Bell Tower of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Immacolata, but also for the fact that the Episcopal Curia is located in this street, and one side of the Civic Theater is also lapped. CHECK IN
The expected time for check-in is at 15:00.
In case you arrive earlier, please notify us in time and we will try to do everything possible taking into account the departures of previous guests. However, we could safeguard your luggage until check-in without any charge or cost.
The Alghero city tax is not yet included in the Airbnb rate, therefore, payment must be made in cash at check-in. The amount is € 1 from April 01st to September 30th, € 0.50 from October 01st to March 31st for each overnight stay (i.e. for each person and for each night), up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Upon your arrival, in the apartment, you will find the official receipt of the tribute to be paid.
If you decide to use the car, remember that there is a limited traffic area that delimits the historic center. Regarding the ZTL areas, in order not to risk incurring high fines, know that access is allowed only during the permitted time slots (loading and unloading)
