From Casa de Rev an easy 6-minute drive on a paved road takes you to the center of town where you'll find numerous thatched roof restaurants from which you can enjoy local food and drink while taking in spectacular sunsets. At a leisurely pace the walk to town takes 44 minutes.

Plan on a 2.5 hour drive from the Augusto C. Sandino International airport in Managua. Alternatively, you can fly into the Daniel Oduber Quiros International airport in Liberia. With border crossing travel time is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
