The space
Bedroom 1: King bed with a luxurious private bath (shower and soaking tub) with towel warmer. There's also a settee in the room that could be used as a toddler bed. Ceiling fan, full-size dresser w/mirror, 2 night stands, TV.

Living room leads to the patio with a high-top table and chairs, for drinks (or light meals) in the ocean breeze. New in 2026 sectional sofa and 65-inch TV.
Dining room table seats 8, and 7 of you will have an amazing view of the ocean ;). Additional barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter.
Kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, there's a wine fridge for your beverages and a stocked coffee station to caffeinate your sunrise views. Wet bar, microwave, stove, dishwasher.
The elevator is private to the penthouse -- not shared with the condos on the first and second floors. Weight limit is 500 pounds -- please do not exceed this weight limit!
The private boardwalk to the ocean is shared with the guests at the other units.
Covered parking is available for 4-5 cars. These spaces are used exclusively by penthouse guests. The driveway on the right side is shared with the other units.
Guest access
Guests have access to a private elevator to the penthouse suite. The unit is also accessible by an interior staircase.
The beach is accessible by a private, gated boardwalk that is shared with the lower units of the building. A beach wagon, chairs and plasticware are available for your beach outings.
There are 5 covered parking spots that are exclusive to the penthouse. A driveway is shared with the other units. And if you're a darter, bring your darts and enjoy a game of 501 in the breezeway.
A private balcony with a high-top table is the perfect place for your morning coffee, a light meal or a cocktail after dinner.
Other things to note
We are located in a quieter area less than a mile's walk from the boardwalk to the south and the pier to the north. And there's always a golf cart taxi just a few minutes away.
Note that some of the photos are incomplete at this time as our interior designer is working to update 2 of the bedrooms, the living room and the dining room.
One of the things we love most about our penthouse, designed by the former mayor of Carolina Beach, is that it's truly oceanfront. The dining room and balcony provide panoramic views, where -- on a good day -- you'll see the shifting tides, pelicans diving in the surf for dinner and a pod of dolphins swimming by. And if a thunderstorm chases you inside for a few minutes, you just might be treated to a rainbow over the ocean.
Even if you're not an early riser, you should set your alarm -- at least for one day -- to see the sunrise over the ocean. It's purely majestic.
