I have been a resident of the area since 1986, started a family owned business in Kitchener in 1990, which is still running very successfully, we received a 25 year recognition award from the city of Kitchener for successfully establishing and maintaining it. I have been a landlord since 1998, having renters for over 10 years at one of my properties. I love new ventures and expanding them keeps me young!
