Hello, my name is Patrick. My wife Kathy and I bought this beautiful home for our retirement (hopefully within a couple years!). We fell in love with The Villages because of the active lifestyle, great amenities, and all of the golf courses (well that might be me not her). Until we can retire we want you to enjoy this private home we fell in love with. I am originally from upstate New York, and Kathy is from just outside Boston. We have lived in the Orlando area for 20 years, very much looking forward to making it to The Villages full time!
