The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom complete with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.
There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower.
A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay.
A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.
The space
The cottage is designed with the bedrooms and bathroom on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living room on the ground floor. There are steps throughout the property
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the whole property and share the exterior with other guests. There is a designated seating bench outside the living room window to enjoy the view of the gardens and sea.
The yard behind the property by the back door is used also for other guests access to their accommodation and the communal bins.
Other things to note
Access to the property on arrival is via a keybox located at the rear of the cottage by the back door. We will contact you on the day with the keycode.
There is no parking provided. Free on street parking is available opposite however this can be busy during high season. There are local carparks within 10 minutes walking distance.
The property and grounds are strictly non smoking to ensure the enjoyment of all guests.
There are steps throughout the property so it may not be suitable if you have mobility restrictions.
