Located just one block from the bustling San José Art District, you'll be centrally located to the best galleries and cuisine of the region. Just around the corner is the main Plaza, and every Thursday night from November through June, there is an Art Walk through the downtown area.

Walk to dining, shopping, the estuary, or local beaches where you can surf, swim, or just enjoy the deep turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez. There is great scuba diving about ten minutes away by car, if you'd like to enjoy the deeper side of Los Cabos! Spend the day strolling through the San José Farmers Market, or enjoy dinner at the wildly popular Flora Farms or Acres...all just a short drive away.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full condo as well as access to the community pool and other amenities available to short-term guests per the HOA regulations.

Other things to note
Due to scheduled maintenance work being carried out by the building administration, the gym area will be temporarily unavailable starting May 23rd.

The work consists of waterproofing maintenance in one section of the building and is expected to last approximately one month.

- Quiet hours are enforced by security and must be adhered to from 10 pm to 8 am. Please keep noise to a conversational level during quiet hours.

- ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES.

- Primary guest booking the reservation must be over 25 years old, as well as the majority of guests in the party.

- No bachelor or bachelorette parties allowed.

- Drone use is prohibited by HOA Regulations. Guests in violation of this policy may be subject to a fine issued by the HOA.
