Regardless of whether you choose to head out to one of the many famous amusement parks nearby or simply stay close to home and take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub on-site, each day will be filled with fun for all ages.

The space
Welcome to our beautifully updated home in the heart of Regal Palms Resort! Enjoy the comforts of home while on vacation, complete with stunning views of the retention pond. Perfect for families, the home offers plenty of space.

The Space
Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming interior with high-speed WiFi, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, Paramount+, over 155 cable channels and a cozy living room with a 55" TV. The fully equipped kitchen and on-site washer/dryer make it feel like home. Step outside to the private patio and unwind with serene pond views.

The layout includes:

Downstairs Suite: A private bedroom with a mini kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and easy access.
Upstairs:
A dinosaur-themed room with twin bunk beds and a trundle (3 twin beds).
A princess-themed room with a twin-over-full bunk bed (plus a crib mattress if needed).
A king-bedroom with an en-suite bath (no closet).
A kids' Finding Nemo-themed bathroom and a game closet are conveniently located in the hallway.
Each bedroom features Roku-enabled TVs for added entertainment.

Resort Amenities
Regal Palms offers a waterpark with a lazy river, slides, and pools, plus a spa, fitness center, playground, and Frankie Farrell’s Pub & Grille.

Good to Know

WiFi: Free high-speed internet for work and streaming.
Resort Fees: Charged at booking. You will receive 1 wristband per guest at check in which allows you access into the resort and its amenities. There is a charge for wristbands not returned at the end of your stay.
Parking: Up to 2 passes; street and grass parking prohibited. Overnight clubhouse parking available for $10/night.
Pest Control: Ultrasonic repellents ensure a bug-free stay. This is a non-pet-friendly unit.
Smart Thermostat: AC is adjustable to a minimum of 70°F to prevent freezing the unit.
No Parties: Our home promotes a relaxing, family-friendly environment. Parties are not permitted, and violations may incur a $250 fine.

The Resort allows up to 90 day stays. You may book our unit up to that amount of days. However, we require every month to be booked separately. This allows time for our property maintenance expert to complete their monthly maintenance checklist to keep the unit running smoothly.
