Guest access
While you’re here, the entire property is your private oasis – please make yourself at home and enjoy every space. We offer contactless check-in and private parking for up to 7 cars (depending on vehicle size). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (not a given right), based on availability and cleaning schedule.

Quiet Hours:
- Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM to respect our family-centric lakeside neighborhood. This helps us maintain good relationships with our neighbors and keep the home available for future guests.
Please follow local rules during your stay:
- No parking on lawns
- No overnight street parking
- Daytime street parking must be safe and not block traffic or driveways
Pet Policy:
- Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can set up bowls, beds, toys, towels & blankets.
- Follow local leash laws and keep pets leashed outdoors (we have coyotes in the area, especially at night).
- Always clean up after your pet as you would at home.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damages and extra cleaning costs caused by pets.
Security & Monitoring Devices
- Your safety and privacy are important to us.
- Outdoor security cameras covering entrances (front, rear, patio), front yard, and backyard
- Footage is not actively monitored; it’s only reviewed if an incident occurs.
- ABSOLUTELY NO cameras are installed indoors or in private outdoor spaces such as inside the sauna or outdoor shower area, in full compliance with laws and Airbnb rules. Guests who install surveillance device(s) on our property will be reported to Airbnb and local law enforcement.
- We have active noise monitoring in the backyard to detect excessive noise, especially during quiet hours.
- Tampering with any security devices is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation.
