* Large living space with easy access to fenced back yard (retractable gate can block top of stairs)
* Fully stocked and equipped kitchen
* Three bedrooms with 4 king beds (master has an additional king wall bed)

* Additional full bath off common hallway
* Blackout shades and black out curtains in every bedroom
* White noise machines and extra device charging space in every bedroom
* One mile to the town square
* Extremely safe neighborhood

* BBQ grill with propane located on deck

* Refrain from smoking on premises
* Fires only in designated indoor fireplace (sorry no outdoor camp fires)
* Please remove shoes indoors
