In this version, you will have access to the entire house, enjoying the privacy of your family and friends. All the facilities for you and yours, with a pool, terrace, barbecue and campfire area, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. A few minutes from the Concá springs and close to rivers, waterfalls and one of the 5 Baroque-style Franciscan missions. Also, 30-45 minutes away you will have Jalpan de Serra, a magical town.

The space
The house has 4 bedrooms, ideal for a group of up to 10 people, whether you're celebrating something special with your family, or having a party with your friends in a safe place.

You access with your car through the electric gate. We have room for 2 cars under the roof and 2 more in the area under the trees. You are greeted by a hallway that leads to the front door, where everything is connected, kitchen and dining room on one side; secondary bedroom and stairs to the second floor, without first stopping to see the living room and the passage to the pool and large green areas.

The master bedroom on the upper floor has a king-size bed, its own bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as more space and a terrace overlooking the pool area and green areas.

The other 3 rooms are divided as follows:

- Secondary bedroom upstairs with double bed.
- Secondary bedroom on the top floor with two double beds.
- Secondary bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed.

These three bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs, plus a half bathroom on the first floor.

In the outdoor area, on the main facade, you can find the campfire and grill area. We have enough space for the whole group to gather around the fire to tell stories or just enjoy each other's company.

And at the other end of the house, accessing through the living room or the side of the hallways, you will find the pool and splash pool for the children. Accompanied by an elongated terrace to hang out and relax. This area also has a separate shower and bathroom.

The green areas are spacious and you can walk through them, discovering every corner of the house.
