• Full kitchen outfitted with stainless steel GE appliances: Full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker & filtered water, electric stovetop/oven, microwave, & dishwasher. Appliances include a toaster, blender, mixer, & a Keurig coffee maker. Pots, pans, utensils, cookware, etc. provided. Also included are various coffee K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar, basic seasonings, etc.

• Small dining set - console table behind sofa folds out to a dining table, 4 fold-out chairs are located in the bedroom

Parking
• Overnight parking is available in the attached gated/staffed parking garage; Parking is handled by a third party & rates are not included with your booking. Inquire at time of booking to register for a parking pass, current rates are $60.00 per vehicle per stay. Inquire as early as possible if an additional pass is needed for a 2nd vehicle - these may be purchased, but are not guaranteed given limited availability during the peak season.
• Additionally, ground-level parallel parking is available for loading/unloading.
• Inquire for oversized vehicles, RVs, golf carts, etc.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all of Calypso Tower III's resort amenities. Resort wristbands are required in amenity areas & include a sensor for pool gate access. We provide these at no cost to you. Lost/damaged wristband charges are $40 per band.
BEACH ACCESS/SERVICES:
-Calypso Tower III Beach Resort is situated on the north side of Front Beach Road. Enjoy easy beach access via the pedestrian skybridge (level 3) that crosses over the street & connects Tower III to Towers I & II.
-We provide 5 beach chairs & an umbrella in the unit. For professional beach chair service, inquire with Coastal Parasail at the beach hut behind Towers 1 & 2 for set-ups, typically $50 per set (two chairs & 1 umbrella) per day, pricing & availability subject to change.
-Watersports - inquire with Coastal Parasail/Adventures at Sea at the beach hut for info & pricing on parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals, etc.
ON-SITE RESTAURANT/BARS:
-Emerald Hub at Calypso, located on the ground level of Tower 3 is a full-service, casual restaurant & food hall, open for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. The Hub serves up Charlie’s donuts, hot breakfast options, full coffee/espresso bar, grab-and-go options, a full lunch and dinner menu, kid’s menu, takeaway group orders, room delivery, ice cream, candy station, etc. Enjoy indoor dining or dine poolside al fresco, & enjoy seasonal live entertainment.
-Two Tiki Bars - located poolside at Tower 3 & beachside behind Towers 1 & 2, open seasonally, serving up pineapple drinks, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.
-Ice machine available at beach end of skybridge or inquire at Emerald Hub. Vending machines throughout the property.
