A quiet and safe area surrounded by nature. A minute paved walk to the main road, with parking for two cars. 3 steps down from the parking to the cottage entrance, then step-free throughout. Solar outdoor lighting + backup indoor lamp for power outages. Water bucket and hose at the entrance for rinsing sand off feet.

Additional Notes
Extra sleeping: Living room futon fits 1 adult or 2 children at $25 per night per person.
Pets: Welcome with advance notice and a $150 fee. Early check-in/late check-out: May incur additional fees. Mid-stay cleaning: Available upon request for an additional fee.

Island Wildlife
Sandflies, geckos, ants, and agoutis are part of the Roatán experience! All harmless and normal in the tropics. We fumigate regularly, but keep repellent handy and enjoy spotting the local agouti around the property.
Power outages occur occasionally (no generator currently).

2 min walk to the main road, 15 min walk to the beach. No barking dogs around. Just 4 homes surrounded in almost 2 acre area. Low traffic.
