Nestled to the rear of our Town House in the picturesque Market Town of Caistor, The Annex offers a relaxing and tranquil get away with access to all the local amenities.

The Annex provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people (plus up to two small well behaved dogs). Consisting of a snug living area, king size bed and en-suite shower room perfect retreat for couples to relax, explore and enjoy the area.

Outside is a sitting area for you to enjoy the garden.

The Annex’s open plan layout consists of a snug living area, king size bed and en-suite shower room with a small utility area (good for drying off your walking boots) and a cosy area for your dog.

Guest access
Access your keys from the key-safe, then enter through the side door, to access the annex. The short hallway is shared.

During your stay
Someone is usually on hand to answer any queries.

We are happy to help as little or as much as you need during your stay. We offer recommendations via the guest book but are also happy to point you in the right direction should you need a quick fix.

We have a Newfoundland Dog; she is an important part of our family but is friendly and quiet… a BFG
